Soft porn in TV and Movies, cause of my relapse

Today I was watching a movie with my parents, and it made me think about how it is starting to become more normalized to show more about sex in movies, knowing that just an age rating won't solve anything, as every age could be addicted to P.
When there is sex in an older movie, the large majority just has something to imply that the characters had sex, for example the characters kiss and the screen fades as they go into the bedroom.
However, in not so old movies, you can see more. They'd put the characters having sex but in an angle where you can't see their private parts. Then they would start showing breasts, or show an angle where they cover their parts with clothes or using perspective.
Now, in newer movies, some have even more explicit scenes, full frontal nudity and you have movies like Fifty Shades grossing hundreds of millions of dollars.
When I was watching this movie with my parents there was a sex scene in the first 5 minutes of movie. Later in the movie there was an extremely cringe and long sex scene with a lot of very explicit language. This was a Romantic Comedy supposed to be for ages 13 and older. 13.
When the movie ended and it's not late we just browse TV a little more. One of the first movies we stumble upon is a movie about a pornstar and it was on another sex scene, again, using perspective to block their private parts. We skip to another channel, and its playing one of the Fifty Shades movies. No perspective, no hiding anything, during another sex scene.
I like movies. I like TV series. But i can't enjoy something that triggers me back to my addiction like it did today. The TV used to be a safer place for porn addicts, where heavy censorship of these types of content would make watching it free of risk of relapse, contrary to the Internet and its vague censorship of things that make them money.
I have relapsed today after searching information about the pornstar the movie was about led to binge watching and masturbating. However, this won't stop me from reaching my objective after starting again.
My name is _ and i don't look at porn. My name is _ and i don't masturbate.

  2. IMDB has a feature called "parents guide" which serves as a warning for nude / sex scenes. It sucks to realize that porn is everywhere, and it kind of makes sense because it's addictive, therefore it sells.
