Some advice on ED please and instagram

I need some help please.

I am on day 330 of no porn and no masturbation. I started this journey because of my ED. After 50 days I was able to have sex eith my gf so ED cured. Experienced some flatlines but after a flatline I was having hard erections again and able to have sex. This continued for a very long time. So I thought I won the battle !

However, these last 2-3 weeks I am not able to have hard lasting erections for penetrative sex, which surprised me. I found myself watching instagram profiles a lot but I just deleted the app. Do you think there may be a correlation between the instagram watching and the return of ED. Important note: I was checking out girls profiles, you know these LA instagram models.
