    Hello guys this is not actually my first account I am actually a veteran but deactivated my old account for some reasons.

    So any way let me tell you some stuff that may be of use not only for helping you in your way of permanent freedom but in life in general.

    So "permanent" - People say that once you are hooked on porn it stays with you for life and you have to be careful not to slip back at it again.

    This is a major lie told to you by youtube videos and some low quality non educated posts.

    So good news this addiction can be removed permanently.

    So I cant give you the magic pill now but the things that helped me out for some time are "Exercise" YES you have heard that before sure, but what am I talking about ?
    well it doesnt matter if you want you can go to the gym or start a sport but strangely running is more effective than you think.
    what kind of running ? the hard terrain one. This means that a straight line of streets or running paths wont do it (they are cool as well nothing against it) but uphill and hard terrain running like in forests or stairways is actually very good for your mental health actually.

    One other thing - healthy clean eating ! I am a uni student and when i eat lots fo meat and junk-food (Actually over eating as well) makes me wanna pmo
