    Whatsup guys, im Mike, student from Poland, 20yo. Im not new to nofap, actually I had already 3 tries (each ended after around 7 days lol thats tough). Hopefully will do better this time. Obviously im targeting for full reboot but even if i hit just 3 weeks i will be already happy.

    7 Days is not bad. Its better than watching Porn 3 Times each Day ;-) I hope you gona reach your Goal for a longer Streak this Time. And if not, just keep on trying. Every Day whitout Porn is already a win.
    I relapsed after 19 Days. But i just start the next Streak today!

    Yes, i am doing this since August last Year, and i can see allot of Benefites !
    Shur, we have still to face our problems, but there is more Energy now to do it.
