I will start my story straight forward, I started my nofap journey on 8/12/2015, with the plan to reach 30 days then 60 then 90, and what drive me was always to beat my best streak which was 23 days, and thanks god I managed to reach the 30 days and exceeded it by to 50 days, but unfortunately I relapsed on the 50th day, and also I viewed p sites 3 times during this period without MO, so I decided to start another recovery period but this time with 100% clear from PMO, so if I ever opened p sites again this will be considered a relapse and it happened last night after 11 days which made me told myself that this is already a relapse so continue till orgasm and it happened. Now I am planning to start another recovery period but I am thinking of some modifications, so I have 3 questions:
1- If it happened again that I open a P site and already it is considered a relapse shall I continue to MO or just stop watching and continue without resetting my counter?
2- I noticed that when I relapse it always start by watching P so I think that I am addicted to P not masturbation, so I was thinking that if the urges ever came again I decrease it by just masturbating till O to avoid watching P, is this ok?
3- I have a counter on my mobile phone, and since my last relapse I did not visit nofap so I nearly forgot thinking about PMO, but when I noticed that the counter on my mobile has reached 11 days this made me to think of PMO again, shall I remove this counter or keep it? and is it ok to stay away from nofap in order to forget about PMO or shall I visit it everyday to update my journal?

These are my questions hope someone answer it and help me in my 3rd rebooting period.
    Thanks in Advance!

Opening a porn site, even watching for a minute without MO then closing it is 100xs better than saying you failed and PMO.
Telling yourself you should do it because you relapsed by looking is setting yourself up for failure.

Rav is right. Close the site, consider it a relapse. Do not adopt the mentality of "well screw it, its already a relapse, might as well finish the job". As rav points out this will be 10000x worse then just looking at the site for a split second and shutting your computer. You gotta keep the dopamine levels down bro. Question 2: MO for me MO has lead to PMO relapse. keep that in mind. If you absolutely have to choose between PMO and MO, choose MO everytime. I'm not suggesting you do either, but MO is the much lesser of the two evils. Question 3: If the counter and the website are making you think of PMO much more often, then take a break from them. They are both tools to help you succeed. If you don't find them useful at times then do not use them! There have been times when I've needed the site everyday and there have been times when I've needed to stay away from the site. Use them as you see fit for yourself. There is no pressure to use them everyday.

    Hope this helped
