Some tips for y'all to successfully complete reboot in 2019!

  1. I've already started it and hoping that I'll complete this successfully.

    Some tips:

    1.) WHY are you doing this? You should know your WHY. Write down your reasons that are more compelling than the 5 seconds of instant gratification. Whenever your brain tries to convince you to watch porn and jack off, just take a look at your reasons and go do something else immediately.

    2.) Meditation! Start meditation, bros! I'm telling you this will help you tremendously. Meditation strengthens the prefrontal cortex which will help you to take better decisions. Just start it because it has tons of awesome benefits.

    3.) Exercise. Exercise everyday, guys. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

    4.) Have an amazing life. Let's be honest, we nut not because we're horny but because we're lonely and bored. Spend more time with friends, family, do something interesting with your life. Ask the girl out that you have a crush on. Take your pet for a walk. Do the things you love doing. Don't just sit around trying not to masturbate and watch porn. Go out and be active.
