From childhood, don't know whether it is bad/weird, something bad always happens with me whenever I get criticism of people even if it is constructive one. I was recently asking questions to myself why don't I communicate with others, upon asking each question formed by previous question, I come to answer where I have a fear of criticism of people. Upon asking that criticism question to myself, I replied that something always bad happens with me. Now I don't know why this happens.

Any help will be appreciated.

 

There are so many things. One of the things I probably know was probably about my career said by someone. He was saying absolutely right thing, but for some reason my mind was not able to handle that and that leads to procastination for 2 days.

Another example is, there is a woman on YouTube who tells things about porn addict as she is herself used to be porn addict. She tells about men who watch porn have a desire of fucking some girl. I get triggered by that and masturbated very badly.
