I usually sleep at 3 a.m , but yesterday when I went to sleep ,,, boooomm.. it was so uncomfortable. It was my 8th day on monk mode , an energy burst out in the region near reproductive organs .. I wast able to sleep at all. It was so hot inside , i wished i could have slept naked but family was there too :( , this all occurred till 3:30 am this was the time i was fed up that invisible energy inside me . i just want to get fuckin cool air on my testis . I strongly opposed the feeling / urge to fap , coz many people say its normal to fap , it was hard for me to stop at day 8 BUTTT... I edged what else i could do , at.that time my mind was too unstable , after 20 mins of edging i felt that that thing was gone , i was a bit sleepy now and mind tooo became stable , I know that edging is worst enemy of NOFAP but that was the only thing that saved me . I wasn't able to do anything , before all this edging I tried to read book at night but i can't , my mind was just unstable , it cant focus . I went to watch tv but this acted like trigger .
Fapstronaut have you ever experienced this ? WHAT WAS THAT AND WHAT I SHOULD DO IN THIS CONDITION?

well, reading books is not an easy way to change your focus, or it´s how I´ve experienced it.
Sometimes when I wanna read something but thought about something interesting, I can't stop thinking about that interesting thing...then I read a page and just notice that I have no idea what just happened on this page.

What I surely 100% know is the fact that questions change your focus rly well.
If you lay down to sleep and ask yourself what you can do the next day to have fun and progress on your goals...your brain tires to come up with answers...
And then once most answers are found, keep asking yourself the same question, the more you already found, the more your brain has to engage all possibilities...it's kind of like counting sheep with the difference that you lose yourself in a question that you can't answer anymore ;D

kind of a weird advice, I know, but give it a try the next time you go to bed, no matter if you have urges or not, try that technic if it helps totally focus something else
