Hello everyone and fellow NoFappers! I’m making this post to help those that constantly find themselves in relapse after relapse after relapse. It can be slightly frustrating having to start over from square 1 and having to build your streak back up. This is what we sign up for so we may as well help each other cope and deal with it.

    Here’s my remedy:

    NoFap Levels Challenge!

    Level 1: 1 day

    Level 2: 2 days

    Level 3: 3 days

*Warmup Phase* (The first three levels are to help you get started mainly. They are getting your feet wet and giving some leisure time to get some habits, methods, and hobbies that can help you steer away from PMO. Nothing too difficult as it’s just days, but something to get off your feet with.)

    Level 4: 1 week

    Level 5: 2 weeks

*Test Drive Phase* (A test drive phase that will test you over a longer duration of three weeks. This will help out everything you came up with and put you out there in the midst of battle.)

    Level 6: 1 month

    Level 7: 2 months

    Level 8: 6 months

    Level 9: 8 months

*The Long Haul Phase* (If you get past the first two phases, you’re proving that you have a commitment to the challenge. This will test you over months upon months upon months to really give you a real challenge.)

    Level 10: 1 year

*Penultimate Phase* (Everything you came up with has lead to this moment (you’re a boss, by the way) and now you must start one last trial run over an entire year to complete all ten levels.)

Level 11: Self-reflection (Reflecting from where you started until where you are now.)

Level 12: Make it a Lifestyle (Just try your best to make it a lifestyle.)

So, this might help give motivation to those that constantly relapse and give them a pushing head start into the deep end so to speak. If you wish to take my challenge, simply comment “I accept your challenge!” and we shall see how dedicated you are.

I would also like progress reports of your status in the challenge so we can all inspire each other to get to where we need to be.

I think this will be a fun duration and journey together, because we are all struggling together and we will beat this addiction forever.

I should mention that you don’t need to start over from Level 1 if you relapse, because when you get to Level 4, you’re already gonna be redoing Levels 1-3 anyway. You’ll just start the level over. So you make it three days on Level 4 and you relapse, you start over on Day 1 of Level 4.
