Check in day 5 no PMO for the Dark Angles
Checking in with no PM for the Dark Angles as well.
I'm starting to feel some motivation and hope for a PM free life. Oddly for me that means I need to be extra vigelant for the next few days.
This is a form of repressive sexuality.
There is the classic "sex is bad and dirty" kind of repression and there is this "it's a burden, need, pressure etc." lika an itch that has do go away immediatly and isn't allowed to be felt/expressed in any other way.
You might benefit from looking into sexualtransmutation (It's quite an intresting topic even though some guys go all esoteric and nuts about it. But its actually not)
if you feel this "burden" try to channel this energy into other things. Could be a project or just everyday life, walk, talk etc.

Checking in day 5 for the Blood Angels, feeling really good, did an 8k run as a recovery run yesterday and I can feel my body adjusting to the longer distances; should be able to confidently run a half marathon within a few weeks, then I just have to learn to do that twice! And I'll have at least 6 months to build up to it so I can spend some time building speed as well - hoping to break 4 hours when I finally run the marathon in October so I'm going to have to be able to sustain some decent speed for a loooong time!

I've been too busy lately to even think about PMO. I was going to say it's keeping me safe and I haven't had any problems, but even as I was catching up on this thread, I felt the beginnings of an urge. I'm very tired and a bit stressed: I recognize these HALTS triggers. This is a battle I can win!

One friend from gym told me that its lesser evil to drink 0calories 0sugar energy drinks or any other drinks that have the sugary feeling - because its fake sugar in them - so I know its not 100% ideal, but still better at least for your body fat to consume these drinks instead of eating all the chocolate and cakes.
I drink the white monster on daily basis -> another habit I want to eventually complete delete.
And the same like you, had some time when I didnt drink anything in 3months, but then went to store, saw it, said to myself its no calories so fuck it. Lets have it after the training. But I train normally 4/week so it became daily thing.
Sometimes cant even control the chocolate monster.
Obviously now chewing gum, you know why

Sure. Thanks for noting this, that makes sense and yep you're still in the challenge. I hope you're able to keep pushing yourself forward in those other areas as well as with PMO.

The unfortunate part is that Space Wolves already has more members than any other team, so it's best to add you to a different team. Do you have a second preference for team?
checking in for blood angels. The fight goes on. Had urges yesterday but managed to pull through and good so far, just 23 more days to win the challenge.
We all love choclate I guess but not so much as @Sebbrix does.. really cracked me up. It's good to see some gym goers here and the insights would be tremendously useful.
1- I found very strong link between squats and getting a testosterone high. I do cycle long distance sometime but that's not as much of a killer as Squats is. Any one new to squats and on forum, please be warned that I have seen quite close friends of mine messing there spines up due to that too. So if someone does take it up because of this message then please be aware that you are pre warned.
2- I found exercise- the right kind to be tremendously helpful in no PMO. What are your thoughts?

DAY 5 Checking In for Blood Angles.
Another day away from social media( instagram in particular) and managed to stay away from urges to peek.
Checking in for the Black Templars! I had a few urges when I first woke up this morning and Fridays always seem to be heavier for urges in the evening and night so I'm on guard today.
I want to tell you that yesterday I fell again for anime-bingeing. If I just had peeked over on Nofap then that wouldn't have happened. THAT WAS SOME DAMN GOOD MOTIVATION!! I am feeling now as I'm i'm god of the world, I can do anything. Those who said to me that I am a shitty nerd I can smack them and prove to myself what the f**k can do. It powered my brain to continue on my path of Becoming THE PHYSICIST that no one had ever become. I will Prove myself that how good I am really pleased about my nofap streak and now I think that what hardships, what pain i had to devour for abstaining from porn had proved me right, but I will not stop here I will go far very very far in this NoFap streak. F**Ck I CAN DO IT.

I wanna ask something from you. I am having a weird problem for the last 4 days. It is that when I look at a particular thing like a picture in a book where a woman is walking and we can see her hips are shown like Normal images.LIKE THIS!
But the thing is that I overthink that I should not watch the hip part or I'll be a heretic and I end up fighting my eye movements, my brain thoughts about the picture or a part of it and if I try to focus on the words of the book then I couldn't focus it even I am liking at the word but while the focus of the eye is on the word, the focus of my brain/mind is on the picture thinking not to look but unintendedly look. AND THIS! IS WHAT HAPPENS, WHEN I WATCH ANIME(i.e not really wanna be heretic but being).
I think what I am dealing with is OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER but a small version of it. I want your opinions and if you know how can I deal with it or something else then please reply to me.
As said before fasting can help. But everytime there is talk about fasting in Bible is always connected with praying. They go together. Never without eachother. The idea is that when you‘re craving certain foods, you let time with God & the Word be your bread.
These things are similar, like Mya said, because these two things: food and sex are our only fleshly cravings.
I have experienced that when you fast meat, fat and sweets, that you are even more emotionally stable, as if just doing NoFap by itself.
Because logically, what goes up must come down!
Stimulating foods like meat and sweets make you happy, for a while, but then there will be a mood-drop, in that way your emotions go up and down, get it?
P.S.: you know how some spicy foods make you aroused? You can buy some real ginger, cut it in slices and let it infuse in hot water, then you have real ginger tea. I feel ginger to be cleaning to my body.
But don‘t use too much of it, it‘s very strong and that will pressure your bladder.
