Well if you are on chrome then change your search settings to filter explicit results. Also u can use cold turkey for computers. App blocker is the thing for phones. On Apple devices screen time is effective to filter as well as block the content.

One example is CleanBrowsing: https://cleanbrowsing.org/ One caution though - When I first implemented blockers of various types, I wasted a LOT of time and had several relapses over the course of months, "testing" them. I mean, I actively searched for inappropriate things to see what came through, and then attemped to "plug the gaps" in the blockers. It's really dangerous. If you can, just be comforted knowing that it will block most inappropriate content, but not all. If you accidentally come across something that you want blocked, then by all means add to the blocker (eg Cold Turkey), but don't try to perfect it. Just my two cents
