Spartan workout military academy

    Trained this afternoon.

    2 x 250 reps jumpropes
    2 x 20 reps neutral-grip pullups
    2 x 30 seconds or so all-out fury on the punching bag
    2 x 50 reps Goblet squats using a 50-lb. kettlebell.

    Worked out this evening too. Ran-walked along the beach at sunset for about an hour.

  5. I do it way too often nowadays. More rest i need . Today i did super low intensity work . Which felt great.

    Took yesterday off and I needed it.

    Trained this afternoon:

    4 x 250 reps jumpropes (completed set 1 personal best time at 2 mins 33 seconds)
    4 x 20 reps overhead dumbbell press
    4 x 20 reps unweighted dips
    4 x 20 reps side lat raises
    4 x 2 minutes on the punching bag

    4 x DB flat chest press
    4 x 2 minutes punching bag
    4 x skullcrushers

  9. Without stating what is RIGHT or WRONG or with the idea of a discussion...
    I love all people and admire all masculinity .

    Just some motivation to be in a war like mentality .

    Trained today. Got 4 workouts in this week. Midsection starting to look leaner. Jeans are fitting looser.

    3 x 250 jumpropes (best time 3 mins 5 seconds)

    3 x 20 reps deadlifts (felt strong on these today, even though it took me 2-3 sets to get 20 reps)

    3 x Farmer's Carry

    3 x 2 minutes on the punching bag (trying to pace myself...this is very intense cardio)

    100 pushups (took me about 5 sets to get 100)

  14. I am going for an hour of jogging .
    Tomorrow I will start a push-up routine and for some times will workout just with push- ups, wanna try how much in a row I can do .
