Spartan workout military academy

    Trained this evening for approx. 45 mins.

    4 sets, one exercise after another, as little rest as possible between sets:

    DB flat bench press
    20 reps x 45-lb. pair of dumbbells
    15 reps x 55
    12 reps x 65
    13 reps x 70

    Skullcrushers
    20 reps x E-Z bar with 10-lb plates on each side
    15 reps x 15 lbs. on each side
    12 reps x 20 lbs. on each side
    13 reps x 25 lbs. on each side

    Jumpropes
    250 reps per set (1000 reps total)

  2. Sprint through stairs . 120 stairs x 3
    80 reps of variations for the down part . Squats , jumps, calf-raises . No weight .
    Actually wanted to introduce some diversity from the previous two weeks . Could have continue my variations much over 80 and go like 230 like the pushups and more probably, but it was 45 minutes in and I stopped there. Don't want to go long no more with no sport .

    Goblet squats
    20 reps x 50 lb. DB
    20 reps × 60 lb. DB
    20 reps x 70 lb. DB
    20 reps x 75 lb. DB

    Pullups 10 reps x 4

    Jumpropes 250 x4

    Tonight I was starting to feel like I was "back into it." Lots of sweat and a good pump.

  6. I have some problems with recovery period . So I will try to get more of the good sleep, get up earlier and drink more water .

    I would love to find some outdoor stairs on which to sprint. As far as I am concerned nothing beats running uphill.

    Also, nice job on limiting your sessions. I've been doing the same this week. I love to push myself hard and to train with all-out intensity, but I'm holding back a bit because I'm super-cautious about compromising my health and contracting CV through injury or fatigue.

  10. Ha I bluffed you . If you seen this and thinking I am working out on the Sunday, I am not . Actually wanted to say that .. Being on NoFap and being as healthy as I can always makes me wanna increase my weight . To do more reps . A fapstronaut in the ''daily pushups'' said ..

    ''Man pumps up his body, not his …. ''

    We, ancestors of Lacedaemonians know no better .

    We are currently 3 people active here, but we are 300 (that is reference to keep it 100 ) .

    I mean we work hard, it is a privilege to do so . We blessed .

    I finaly did my exercise after i have join in. I strugle becaouse of lack of time or I don't use it to well. I did planks diferent variations and combos. Squats with kateball 3 sets and also push ups and some more exercise. And when I did push up my uper back start to hurt.

    Side lat raises ×4
    Upright rows × 4
    Pushups x4

    Really starting to enjoy the gym again. It's a privilege to be healthy, so I am training hard and making the most of it.
