Spartan workout military academy

    Trained in the gym for approx. 45 mins. yesterday:

    Box jumps x3
    Overhead DB press x3
    Side lat raises x3
    Upright rows x3
     
  2. 45 mins.
    Crunches
    Push ups
    squats
    Counted only push ups for challenge
    15 min each.

  5. Did 8 chinups in a row. Will get that 9th next time. And 10 reps with 32kg dumbbells on the bench press. I always begin my routine with these exercises. I used to be stronger, but I slacked off. :( No worries, tho.

  9. Successfully did 9 chinups in a row today. :emoji_muscle: Also 32 kg dumbbells bench press again, felt heavy, tho.

    I'm bumped, during this quarantine, working out has saved me in some ways, I did it very seriously and regularly but, because of a lack of knowledge about anatomy, I hurt myself and feel pain in the back, the shoulders and the arms so I have to take a break on training just when I started to see some progress on push ups. A good side to this is : now that my arms and hands hurt, it's one more reason not to masturbate haha
    Good luck everybody, I will keep training low body parts and stretching etc so I will post still
     
  11. Yeah unfortunately sometimes be too eager to improve can be worse :(
    But as long as you found a good side of it it's cool ahaha :).
    Anyway since we are not using it for porn internet can be so full of great sources of information, looking up to it you can design a workout that matches your needs :)

    Yes, I actually thought I was being cautious because I watch videos but I read books about the anatomy of working out (Delavier's book, I recommend!!). Though, when I was doing the exercise for the shoulders I was feeling so great that it dit not occur to me I was doing it wrong haha, because I did it as shown in the videos, but the guys and I don't have the same morphology so... Delavier's book is very informative about adapting your workout program to your morphology, streching etc.

  13. Totally agree, I was doing the same mistake. Thinking that we all are exact the same, so you know I was searching just workouts ignoring the fact that I am way taller than the average, and this lead me to pain in the lower back.
    So, as you are doing, we must adapt the research to our peculiarities :)

    3 sets, no to minimal rest in between sets:
    Jumpropes
    Flat bench DB press
    Dips
    Skullcrushers
    Pushups

    THURS
    2 sets, no to minimal rest in between sets:

    Jumpropes
    Pullups (neutral grip)
    Goblet Squats
