    Hello,

It's been approx 70 days since the last time I masturbated.
I used to do it ca. 5-7 times a week since I was 12.

4 years ago I experienced a severe spinal cord(SC) injury and the first time i had sex was after the injury(3.5 years ago): I discovered to have moderate erectile dysfunction and almost no penile sensitivity. I even had to check manually(by hand) if my dick was inside the vagina because I couldn't tell the difference.. eventually I gave up seeking sexual relationships, because it was pointless and i couldn't enjoy it.

I asumed that my problem was caused by the SC trauma, made peace with it and turned to porn completely, since i enjoyed it and could easily ejaculate by beating the screen. (p.s. after 4 years i can fully walk again and even run a bit, just mild problems with urinating remains and some loss of sensations).
Then, recently I've met this girl and experienced even worse ED than before and no penile sensitivity (although i could feel my fleshlight stimulation and ejaculate)
I started googling and found this porn induced erectile dysfunction(PIED) thing and decided to delete all porn and sustain from watching it or maturbating.

My boner became strong and everlasting after approx one month of NoFap, though my penile sensation remains low and i haven't manage to reach an orgasm yet, so i'm PMO the hard mode even though i want to orgasm during sex:D

  2. Hey @SCIPIED ,

First sorry to hear about your spinal cord injury. Glad you are doing so well with walking and that some sexual function has returned.

I try to share only my ESH (experience, strength and hope) and not my opinion. But, I have no experience with spinal cord injury.

If you are able to feel and ejaculate using your hand or a fleshlight, then PIED comes to mind. I do have experience with that. A 90 or 120 day hard reboot helped me. It's not perfect and most likely never will be, but it's better and getting better all the time.
