Spontanic sexual arousal

sometimes I had situations, for example watching a movie or playing game something excited me in sexual way. For example I played a game and there was a scene in which the man was aiming from a gun at the kneeling woman. It caused me excited. I wonder if such situations cause some relapse or something? I do not fantasize about it, but it causes excitement. I know that it unfortunately shows that certain fetishes are still there.
