Would you say when you start doing NoFap you become better at sports and eat more healthy?

I find when I relapse I don't want to go on runs and when I do run I try to cut them short but when I'm clean I'm more enthusiastic about running and have much better runs.

Also, when I relapse I want to eat a lot of chocolate and cakes to make me feel better because a relapse makes me feel miserable. But when I'm on a streak I want to avoid unhealthy food.
 
Everyone's different hey.. I'm not into chocolate or cake, have always eaten a balanced diet - not really into playing sport or going to gym, never been a couch potato, or into video games or movies. Always been self motivated and self propelled/ self-disciplined.. however have always been a hard worker with good work ethics.. agree with @Awakening123 Life improves a thousand ends due to nofap, couldn't have said it better. Well, if you find benefits of no PMO, it's worth doing! I also find that abstaining from masturbation helps me to be more concentrate. It may be for the reason that masturbation is a binary process, if you now what I mean. You can either grab your cock, or leave it alone. There is no third option. And by chosing every second of your life second option you constantly train your willpower. That is why it is easier for you yo run and overcome your laziness.
