    Woke up this morning with porn floating in my head, managed to redirect. Felt awful, eventually got up, late, took a shower with cold at the end. Feel rattled, shaky, strange, but I must say that writing this is helping somewhat. Images of past failures in stopping (though I have never done anything like this site before) come up. I am okay now.
