    Hello everyone,

I would like to join this very interesting movement and ideally get rid of an addiction.

I am 25 years old and recently moved to UK. I think it is 9 years now since I got into pornography. It didn't bother me much back then. I am doing it every week. In the past it was more frequently that is for sure. The first porn encounter I had was a phone sex tv channel. As time passed it advanced into watching hard porn pictures and videos.

The story about finding this forum is not so extraordinary. I happened to see some movies with a title 'Nofap challenge' and out of curiosity I searched the first word on google and started reading about it and related things. Well there are many benefits when one abstain from porn from what I saw. The goal for me is to stop recurring PMO cycle for a few months.

The longest Nofap streak for me was 14 days. Then The Surge got me and also Chaser effect kicked in. Time to try again!

I also wish you guys patience and success in this enduring journey as I am currently on it.
As one did say in this forum focus on the hobby/work and let the days go by itself.
Good luck to you guys and I reallly appreciate your support!
