I'm not sure that it helps about the challenge but it definitely helps you to feel more relax in your everyday-life. And if you used to PMO because of stress, then it will help. :)

Also when you talk about your 30-days challenge I'd like to talk a bit about it. My point of view is that when one starts a X-days challenge I'm pretty much sure there's no way to fight the urges. Because you'll start thinking "yeah I made it to X days, that means I can do it, let's just fap now, I can go for another 30 days after" and you must understand that rebooting doesn't mean "abstaining for X days". It will take a hell lot of time, depending on when you started to be adddicted to P/M, what type of stuff you were addicted... And I guess that if you decided to come to an anti-porn forum and start the challenge it's probably because P/M is something bad in your life.
I'd suggest you to do just like I did : I started almost two months ago for the first time, said "I'll never fap again in my life" and I'm still going. And meanwhile when I come here I see "I relapsed again, but I swear it was the last time" everyday. So you should quit P/M forever right now IMO. :)

Have a nice day and hope you understood everything.
