Starting a 90 day challenge today. Anyone wanna join?

  2. Checking in day 4, I slipped here and there in terms of quickly glancing at some Instagram pages but I didn't actually look at P. Getting tempted real hard every now and then but just trying to distract myself.

    Just relapsed after a 90+ without PM (had only sex)... feels so bad to masturbate watching porn.. but i want to start a new 90+ challenge!

    Congratulation! You're an inspiration to everyone here! Don't quit now, do not let 90 days be your end goal and now you're free to relapse, keep going there's an 180 days challenge out there, I'm doing both!

    Just reached 25 days guys! feel better and better! I got stronger urges this morning and yesterday evening because I drank some alcohol yesterday. I found for me that alcohol diminishes my resistance to PMO, but I still fought them victoriously!

    Day 5 here. I have been exhausted and felt anxious all day and have a desire to MO right now but will choose to ignore it. Urges and bad moods will always pass.

    Congrats to everyone to everyone here for making an committed effort to stop watching porn. Let's all keep fighting and moving forward one moment at a time!

    When I begin I almost did a 75-80 day streak. But then I relapsed and since then I am not able to continue. My goal is to abstain from porn and masturbation. Since 4-5 months that I have been using NoFap, my watching porn has reduced greatly, but I am not able to abstain masturbating.
    So I am starting 90 day challenge today on 3rd September and my challenge ends on 2nd December 2017. In a way I'll be achieving my second milestone of conquering masturbation around end of this year. So I have a fresh start to life in 2018 completely without porn or masturbation.
    Let's begin, day zero.

    Day 11, today has been such a struggle with nofap. Weird thing is, i'm not like super horny or anything, not even irritated, just tired. But I feel my brain craving the dopamine something shocking. It's sad, I literally feel like a druggo. This streak so far, I haven't reached clarity yet. Mentally I am slowly improving, bring it on!! Don't even touch it guys! Don't touch it :p!

    Hey everyone, so I discovered this book in another thread called Mindfulness in Plain English. It's basically a simple, practical guide that explains how to develop the state of mindfulness so you can see what's going on in your mind at any given moment and how to use the state of mindfulness to choose what thoughts your mind dwells upon and gives expression to. I could see this helping me resist temptations while focusing more on the benefits of abstaining from PMO so I figured I'd share.

  12. Forgot to write the last 2 days but I've now done over 24 days. Nice to have gotten this far. Have been feeling pretty shitty lately, extremely anxious and stressed. I'm not really sure why but I hope it passes quite soon. I haven't really been tempted to relapse the last few days either. This might be because of all the anxiety and stress, it's probably lowering my libido.

    I have fallen off the wagon, and I'm ready to get back on. Time to jump back into the fight, whilst having a lot more compassion for myself when I relapse. Beating myself up after relapsing has not been successful.

    Here we go, 12, then 24 hours!

    I'm not horny at all but for some reason now and then I feel the desire to pull up some P. I'm just going to keep ignoring it and finding other things to do when these urges come up.

    It's the dopamine demon, I know the feeling! Do some push-ups or squats instead :) go outside for a walk or run, away from your computer and around humans :)

  20. Update: 25 days in. Yesterday I felt horrible. I was super stressed and anxious but today my day was a lot better overall. I've started exercising more too which also feels good. Quitting PMO was definitely a good decision.
