Hey, I have a question..since I don't know how to update my streak,so I went to the update counter and added today's date.

Now what I cannot understand is..whether that means I am starting from today or merely adding today's date... because there's no column there to dictate since how long you are on your streak...also if I am doing it wrong..then should I just not touch it and it will keep on updating itself.

Also..suppose I do relapse in between, then what should I do here,I know these are too many questions..but I do need to ask them

Back on day 1 guys. I binge watched last night. I feel shit about it but at least I managed a week. I'm not stopping until I kick this habit.

I am in! Let's do this together by not doing it.

  11. You just put in the last time you masturbated (date, time) and then it will automatically update itself every 24 hours. This means that you don't have to touch the counter after you have added your starting time.

Writing this first thing in the morning, because I did relapse last night. There are good things I learned about it trigger-wise maybe by sharing them it can help you and conversely help me.

DON'T be on any device for the hour before you are to get to bed. That's what got this going for me yesterday, and if it doesn't lead to a relapse it will lead to lesser quality sleep to be sure.

DON't use a device in any locations that trigger you to PMO. It's obvious yes, but I was meant to get tough on this rule and I slacked and now here I am day zero. Don't do it.

Anyway, now I'm seeing to just take it one day at a time with these two trigger rules instilled. Hope everyone is well.

Alright, feeling a fair bit triggered this morning, from fantasizing as I wake up. Yesterday I felt again like I couldn't give a shit less about PMO. I'm so ready to overcome this. I've noticed in myself how PMO was most likely a huge chunk of the reason why I felt depressed for a long cumulative period when I was younger.

When I relapse, I often do the same--binge two or three times during the first 24 hours, then remember how crummy I feel afterwards, which basically has me feel like I want to throw PMO out the damn *window.

Same here. I relapse at nights because of instagram. I have to learn to put them away but I always tend to relapse in about 2 weeks.

Okay thanks bro..and when the time does add up to days...where will I be able to check it?!!is there some different section or something?

  17. Don't know about that but your days always appear under each one of your posts. Like now, for example, it's been 0 days since your starting time. From 24 hours after your starting time, it will instead of 0 days say 1 day. 48 hours after your starting time it will say 2 days and so on. It updates itself and you can see your day counter under all your posts. Didn't quite understand the question so I just tried to explain everything... Sorry if this didn't help.

Let's do it. I've been trying for years now but keep going back to the same old thing and left with regret after.

I definitely recommend getting rid of apps which cause people to lead to a relapse. I say it in my own experience and even today I still have have those that app (which is instagram) where it's really hard for me to uninstall but for the sake of the 90 days I'm willing to let it go for now , literally. It's one of those which lead me to a relapse because of the images of women in either sexy clothing or semi nude which trigger. I have hope that everyone doing this challenge can make it not just to 90 days but to a definite finish.

I want everyone to know that I'm very happy for all who are doing this challenge and in case someone relapses just know that what matters is that we are trying to stop and never give up. Don not let shame and guilt derail us from our objective.
