Hi I´m 34 and for a long time i suffered DE if i have to use a condom with all my sexual partners, even the ones that were so much hot to me. 2 months before starting nofap, with my ex partner, i cum 0% from sex using a condom, always with my hand. That was the main reason i know that something had to change.
