Starting a group mid20-mid30 yr olds, daily check-ins for motivated/active/studying/working men

Hi all,
I have an addiction for porn, or for masturbation, I don't know.
I tried multiple times to quit, and I failed every time.

I want to try an accountability group/friend as last resort, because I don't know what to do anymore.
My purpose is to never look to porn on purpose ever again, and to masturbate the absolute minimum better if never again (need to be realistic on this)
I am dead serious on this, I am willing to do whatever it takes and if I can help someone it would be great.

Just tell me what I have to do, this is my first (and last) time joining a group.

Re: latenight urges or any urges. I've been addicted for more than half of my life now and it's the first time in my life I feel like I'm making progress. How? Pledged $1,000 on Stikk that I won't do P for 6 months. I made the commitment easier by allowing to do M. But the trick is that P usually leads to M and not the other way around. I KNOW I can't do P because I'm not giving away $1,000 to some people that I dislike (National Rifle Association), so that thought is not even an option. So far works well and I've stayed away from either P, M or O. I'm on day 20 and 3 days away from the longest streak in my entire life.
For M: if late-night runs are not your thing - do burpees. They're awful. I used to limit myself to 2/month by introducing a 100-burpee in a row penalty. Worked well for a year. No need to leave the house or even the room.

Hi all! I know this might be too late but this group just seems quite a formal one which is whqt I need... I'm a 32 yo male who has been trying to quit PMO for a few years now, I have improved quite a lot, but I just need help to take that last step and quit definitely.

On another note, a friend brought up NoFap to me on a call out of the blue this past week. Part of the problem with overcoming this challenge is keeping it in the dark. I'm not recommending sending out an email to everyone in your contact list that you are now on a NoFap journey, but I do think it's helpful to open up about it to a couple close friends. The challenge becomes easier when we have others to share the burden.
