    Hi everybody!
So I heard about this thing called NoFap. So I watched some videos and read some things about it, and it really caught my attention.
Although I am already on my 9th day of NoFap, I found out about this forum only today. And after looking around for a few minutes, I realised that I'm quite a youngster and that I started watching porn on a pretty young age.
My life right now is a mess. I do my homework the day before, I start to study for tests the day before, I have social anxiety, I spend too much time behind my computer and I am insecure about my weight. Not that I'm overweight or anything, it's just that I'm not happy the way I look.
I mainly started this journey because of my social anxiety and lack of energy and motivation throughout the day. I wake up; I'm tired. At school; I'm tired. After school; I'm tired, etc. I hope that you guys have some tips for me and I wish myself the best :)

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and not judge you.

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

My main strategy is keeping myself busy. Whenever I feel the urge to watch porn, do something else like doing homework or playing my piano. Also, watching other people who did NoFap and getting some motivation from that.

PMO exhausts your brain. When we watch porn we don't do it for a few minutes... we do it for hours. The brain is sitting in a bath of powerful, brain altering chemicals. The receptors in your brain are exhausted from the marathon. Some people literally feel weak for hours or days after having an orgasm. Add to that the secrecy, the stress of keeping a secret, and your anxiety and no wonder you are tired all the time. I hope you achieve all your goals and find a better way of life.
