starting a new battle tomorrow.... quitting smoking

    for the longest time I have been an addict of many kinds, 1 month free of pm and tomorrow is the day I really push myself to be the man I want to be, tomorrow will be the day I put full effort in to quitting smoking, for my wife, for my son , and above all , for myself..

    Good luck, good for you looking out for your health .I found a saying I read some were that might help " You have to take care of yourself so you can care for others " I don't smoke but I have meet MANY people who have successfully quit U CAN TO
