    I'm trying nofap since last december . I made 2 times 30 days streak ( it's my maximum till now ) . From last 1 month I am again addicted to porn and masturbation :( I am very depressed . I relapsed today ( at my 3rd day) . I want to make nofap my lifestyle . please help me . I am very demotivated and depressed right now :(
