I went a good month without looking at any porn of any kind (though I masturbated a few times during this time.

Today I masturbated whilst looking at porn, and wow. I really understand how addictive it can be now. I do not think it unfortunate that I masturbated, because I have proven to myself how addictive it can be. I could literaly feel the immediate change in my mood from ''okay'' to ''wow'' as my brain filled with dopamine whilst watching it. Felt incredible, however just how amazing it felt, to me, shows how addictive it can be and bad for your neurochemistry.

Even now, an hour later I want to watch it again. I feel I benefit from it in ways in the bedroom, more passion etc but in reality I'm sure those thoughts are just ones Im trying to convince myself into believing so I can feel good again. Not particularly looking forward to the dip tomorrow, though I will try my best to eat well so hopefully it won't be too bad.

So thus I start the adventure again. I'm sure my neuro-chemistry is slowly healing as I'm taking more and more breaks, when in the past I used to masturbate 2-3x a day! In the end I will reach the 90day mark! :)

Definitely addictive -- classic. Makes you feel great, better than anything. As that one chick in Trainspotting says of heroin, "Better than any cock in the world." And then she falls over in ecstasy. That's the way PMO is. And that's exactly why you have to break it. Until you do, you're a slave.
