Starting my first reboot challenge

Hello nofappists out there.

I am new to this community and I am really excited about giving it a try.
I read the document of "Getting started with nofap", but there is something that I did not really understand: how do I begin a challenge formally?

Am I supposed to join one? Is there a specific section within the website that allows me to join a challange? If that is the case: where is it exactly?

Or, am I supposed to begin one by myself? If that is the case, do I have to make it official some way within the website? How do I get a counter to keep count of the days i´ve been rebooting?
