Starting my journey today 4/14/16

    My plan is to do 90 days PM mode (my wife know about my addition and its on on board) I'm very happy to have found a place where I can document my journey.

    Good luck! Take one day at a time. Telling someone who cares about your addiction helps a lot. Take advantage of that.
