starting my journey

    hi everyone
    im starting my NoFap journey from today. i have tried to do NoFap before but 3 days in i would start feeling hopeless and be like whats the point. im 20 yr old male and i really want to beat this addiction and get my life together cuz ive noticed fapping eats away a huge portion of your motivation due to which you jus wanna be in bed all day.
    well here goes nothing wish me luck:)

    I got to know of NoFap around 6 days ago gave it a try. Well truth be told, I relapsed today and have had a surge of well.. emotions. Joined NoFap, so that I can be inspired and also show commitment in my hoals not only for myself but also this wonderful community which is helping me.

    So I will try to be as active as possible. Updating this heck of a journey. Hopefully, I will reach my reboot too.

    Wish you all the best. This is gonna be hard, but well worth it.
