Hello friends, im new here and this is my first post, so i decided to tell my story

First of all, sorry for my english... im not an english native speaker

Im a 30 year old single male, i was born with phimosis and i had a circumcision at the age of 21, it was really hard for me to tell my parents... thats the reason i had the surgery so late. As I spent all my childhood having to escape sex, I developed a very withdrawn and shy personality... and masturbation became my way of escape from all my problems.

My first sexual experience was at the age of 22... it is difficult to start "in the world of sex" at that age since all women already have experience. My first time wasn't the best ... but it wasn't bad either. At the age of 23 i start dating a girl for 4 years. The sex was great but a lot of times i felt that i dont have a fully erection, therefore many sexual positions I did not want to try or practice for fear of losing the erection...therefore I don't consider myself good in bed and that fills me with nerves and doubts when it comes to sex

After my relationship i spend 3 years dating girls (not so much, 3 or 4 girls) and with all of them have problems with my erection... I thought it was because of the nerves but lately I read about PIED... and i think thats the thing...

So i decided to start with the 90 days hardmode... i NEED to heal myself... I'm not obsessed with porn, but with masturbation... i used to M 2 or 3 times daily

im currently on day 11 of no PMO... its hard, but i hope i can make it and recover myself... wish me luck!
