Starting NoFap due to ED

Recently got active with my girlfriend and I find that I am unable to have sex with her due to ED.

Previously before I met her, I will be view porn and masturbuating up to 3 to 4 times daily. When I wake up, I will naturally grab my smartphone and navigate to a porn site and thats usually how I start my day for the past 2 years. And it is the case before I go to sleep.

A few days back We were making out so passionately but there wasnt any reaction down there...it could get a bit stiff but it went soft very quickly.

It was so embarassing. I was shattered when I couldnt get an erection.

Today is the 4th day of nofap. No PMO for the 4th day. Had a morning wood where I proceed to rub it against my bed, it felt really good but I told myself nofap!!! And got up, showered and went to work.

Is this considered as cheating on nofap? I mean its just a few rubs.
