Starting out with leg days

  1. Hi all,
    One week ago I started doing legdays. Work every muscle beneath the belt. I've read only good things, but the most important for me is more testosterone. I've read that working bigger muscles produces more HGH and Testosterone in the body. After my second leg workout I felt masculine as shit. Next day I was just smiling all day long for no reason. What is your experience with that? Thanks! :)

  3. My favorite two leg/leg related exercises are squats and deadlifts. Going heavier with 5 reps 3-5 sets makes me feel dominant. Good form of course. That’s necessary.

  5. Lets see if you ll have a similar experience... I never done legdays myself. Only lots of running, but thats not what leg-strength is about.
