Starting Over Again! This time quitting for good!

So basically I am a porn addict and masturbation addict. I am currently 16, and I have been an addict for 6 years of my life. I tried to quit last year, but ended up getting a mindset of giving no interest and how porn and masturbation has no effect on my life. Well i was wrong it does have a terrible effect on me. I have noticed this from last year as i quit for 1 month successfully, but when I went back and relapse for a year, I noticed my anxiety and brain fog came back. This time though i will try my absolute best to not only quit porn and masturbation, but in general improve my life. The great thing is that even though I unfortunately relapse is that I am willing to restart and this is a real achievement to me. To other fellow NoFap people, always take pride in your achievements and a relapse is okay, because at the end f the day no one is telling you to give up! Always keep trying as I will to!
