    Hello. I'm a 23 year old male and I think it's time to end these habits that take so much away from my life. Hoping to do so with the help of this site. I'm not going to say much on this introduction, but I'm planning to start a journal on here.

    If you have any tips that worked for you or you think could work, feel free to PM me or reply to this post! It will be appreciated :) Also, if you have an accountability group, I'd be glad to join you in your journey.

    Whoa, you posted right as I clicked on this post!

    Thanks for the advice and the welcoming! I'd never thought of replacing the time spent chasing my addiction with directly combatting it. I'd always think about replacing it with time spent outside or with friends, but sometimes that isn't an available option. I appreciate your reply!

    Time outside and with friends are both great things to do, but as you say, there will be times you can't do that. Glad you're here.
