    Hey everyone , well i am new here to this website and to this community , i am glad i finally took this step to join in .
    i am a student , still in my college , and i love playing sports .

    Porn and masturbation have had toll on my life , to say it has affected me quite seriously for the past six years , i havent been able to do things i love since any of my free time goes into masturbation and porn. i wake up with a guilt after i do it , having lost the time and energy in it and the things that i could have done , it makes me feel worse. i want to leave leave masturbation and porn addiction mainly due to these reasons- i am unable to achieve the things and the goals to my fullest , it is making me more angry and short tempered , thirdly i am losing out on all the opportunities which i could have taken with the time i have.
    With your support .i hope to leave this my habit of PMO and bring change in my life . : )

    Rooting for you! I feel the "missed opportunities" part so much. I know i have so much potential that is being wasted on hours and hours of porn. I would love to put that time on learning to play the piano, reading books, meditating and so on, things that actuallt make me feel good! I wish you all the best man, fight the good fight.

    Good luck man, new here as well finally took the time to join the community myself. So many wasted hours watching this bs but we can all overcome this with support and encouragement.
