I want to start off by saying my relationship with porn is the issue I don't ideally want to ever watch porn for sexual release. This thread will be me posting daily uploads of my thoughts. I don't think nofap is a cure but it will bring me closer to taking risks around making connections with woman i hope this works out in the next year.
