    Hi, I am just starting again, I have tried this so many times, I have suicidal thoughts. Men I dont know what else to do. I need to change the strategy or something.

    Welcome, I'm glad you are here.

    My suggestion is to find a suicide hotline and talk to someone who understands.

    And don't give up on this fight. It IS hard. There's a lot of help here, tap into it.

    Thanks for reply Septimus, I have read a lot of books lately and it helped me to cut a little my addiction.
