Stepping up for a new life

Dear fellow fapstronauts,

My name is Aadhithyan. I've been watching porn since 2010 and it has taken a toll on my life. I lost my concentration, willpower and ability to work hard. For the past few months, I'm feeling very tired due to excessive usage of porn and masturbation. I started being reclusive. I lost touch with most of my friends, a few of the closest ones don't know much about this problem. Since then, it also caused me quite a lot of depression and insomnia. I tried to go cold turkey several times but desperately failed.

A few weeks ago, I came to know about this website through an YouTube channel. So I decided why not give it a try. Hoping to get out of this degenerative habit and start a new life.
