Stomach pains on reboot is this normal or is it something else?

Before proceeding, note that I have a VERY strong immune system and am VERY rarely sick. However the last 2 weeks have been hell. First it started with flu like symptoms and very severe lower back pain. I had been to doctor and was told I am in EXCELLENT health. eventually, said pain subsided and I was back on track However now, stomach pain has arisen. Feels like a warm slight pain in all of my stomach. No liquid stool or anything and urine is fine. Energy levels are slight low. Anyone else experience this?
