Stop feeding my fetish

I can't stop looking up photos of something on the Internet and acting it out. I am trying to keep sober from acting out the fetish in real life so I am avoiding porn, but I always end up looking it up on the Internet. I'm trying not to fap at least so I don't feed that addiction pathway that badly. Does anyone know how to kill a fetish? My PMO problem always links back to this fetish and that's why I've been having so much trouble quitting PMO too.

I've struggled with fetishism all my life. First you have to accept that the fetish may never leave. That might sound defeatist, but acceptance is important in reducing stress, and stress ultimately just leads us into temptation again. Furthermore, without the fetish you may still be addicted to PMO with 'normal' porn. I see PMO and fetishism as separate (but still related) problems. The reason you have the fetish is likely different from the reason you can't give up PMO.

You will likely find that your fetish is heavily influenced by your childhood, just as many peoples' sexual preferences (fetish or otherwise) are. Again, more on this in my journal.
