    Is funny because I can relate to that, and I was a pothead myself, and I personally know the havok it unleash on your body, but also makes me very pragmatic when it comes to critize it.
    Brain damage? Nah mate, there is close to none, the neurochemistry is the tip of the iceberg, trust me, that's the smallest thing that should be your concern.

    The completely unbalancing of the whole endocannabinoid system is the real deal, just go out and check how many things it regulates in your body, is just ridiculous how harmful it is.

    What I'm saying is that just like caffeine have a tolerance effect and produce changes on the adenosine receptors, even within "moderate amounts", cannabis also have a tolerance effect and produce changes on the endocannabinoid receptors, and the amount of things these regulate is ridiculous, so no, every dose counts, and it can and will fuck up your endocannabinoid system in the long run.

    weed is a psychoactive drug. it's actually a bit psychodellic too. whether you belive in demons or not, it opens you up to the influence of those spiritual beings.

    thank God I'm free of the hold of marijuana for 1.5 years. now, with a sober mind, I can confidently say that it does indeed make you lazy, lustful, gluttonous and lame.

    smoking weed is not a a trait of self-improvers. to improve yourself you must defeat yourself and your bad habbits, thought patterns and sins.

    self improvement is a battle. using drugs is weak, it's running away from reality. sober up and be a man. stop smoking that shit.

    Cold turkey. The effects of cannabis should fade after 2 weeks; tobacco even faster. Go running and take up exercise as a substitute. When you get the urge for either do push ups.
    The best methods to stop smoking is also to detox yourself using different popular products: for example use high voltage or sure jell as drink; Zydot Ultra Clean for hair detox.
    Spend the money you saved on nice food and treats like cinema tickets or whatever you're into. Reward your good behavior and you'll slowly change you mind to other avenues. Best of luck ;)

    I have a medical marijuana card in PA and have a low carb diet that I eat and it is great. It's the diet that's the problem, not the pot.

    Try to get on a low carb diet, too many carbs doesn't help with anything.
