Stopped a Fantasy in my Sleep !

I think this is a pretty good sign. My subconscious is starting to get reprogrammed or retrained.

Last night I was dreaming. In my dream, a dominatrix moved into the apartment across from me.

She was in her window .... and I went over and closed my window blinds. And I sort of remember thinking something like "I am not following that"

That's a pretty good sign I think. I have been trying to automate shutting down thoughts of porn or fantasies. The fact that I even did it in my sleep is pretty cool.

I really think the key to this is retraining your subconscious, rather than trying to fight it.

And....today was #70 since last PMO.
