Stopping open due to religious

after the urge of watching pornography I’m suddenly hit with depprison and I feel upset after watching porn due to religious reasons maybe I would be very grateful if you can help me get through this addiction as I’m a current suffering so please help or give advice.

You've got this. I've read through a lot of the threads in here to get a feel for what everyone is going through. Each person's situation is quite unique but we all have a unifying problem, so we're all in this together. I'd encourage you to read peoples success and failures and get involved. It seems to be working for me anyways...
 
Hello @TK-47. The first thing is to understand your problem. For that and other things, the Getting Started guide is quite illustrative. Once you understand your problem more, you can set your goals and work on them. This community is the best place to find support to overcome your situation.
