Strange pains

Its 7 am and I'm still up. Last night I slept less than 3 hours.

Woke up with a bad stomach ache. It continued for like half an hour. Was in the bathroom when I suddenly felt an intense pain in top of my penis. The feeling like you are about to dump a kidney stone, like there is something in the pipe.
But an hour later peed again and there was nothing there. I felt no pain either.
However I couldn't sleep after that.

I can't figure out why this happened. Whether the addiction is throwing everything my way to make me feel like crap, to starve me of sleep, or its just weakness leaving the body as old sages say.
