Ok. I am awake beyond 10:00pm and with internet connection.

The urges keep coming and going. I can feel them knock the door. I have some wild thoughts throughout the day several times. But PMO is at bay yet. Thanks to a boss that kept yelling all day at me. Wasn't my fault though which he discovered only at the end of the day

Usually I do disconnect my devices after 10pm. But yesterday since I was busy with work I forgot to.

Also I just discovered that my antivirus can schedule internet usage for me and also block distractive content on my pc.
