    It has been 4 months on no pmo and i am getting overstressed over things i have urge that masturbation will reduce it . I need someone to talk me on this.

  2. 4 months, great! Now is your time to grow. Be grateful. Two options: Do it, no P, just M, don’t feel guilty and restart. Or don‘t and go through the storm to find out that M is not the only solution to handle stress. What exactly stresses you?

    The answer is fairly simple. You feel bored? Change feeling bored. Change your routine. Go to places in your town you have never been so far. Maybe the museum? Take some other way to work. Walk to work if you can.
    Tell me, how could you change your routine?

  6. Whenever you do not need your computer for preparing your studies, when you can study with books and papers, go outside. GO TO THE LIBRARY and use the public computer there. There is no shortcut, no quickfix, sorry. You are 20? Get creative then and use your imagination. Do martial arts, then study. How does that sound?

    Find something good, healthy, and constructive to do with your time. There are plenty of options; try several things and keep the ones you like.

    Congrats at 4 months. That is awesome! Maybe studying is a trigger for stress & stress = desire to M (as a coping strategy?) If so, maybe eat potato chips when studying? Or study with coffee at a coffee shop? Or study in quick 15-20 min increments to break up the stress buildup? Or study outside in nature?

    Boring routine? Welcome to being human. I am in same boat often. Know you are not alone. Try taking small steps for more social events, which can be hard for previous sexual addicts of any nature.
