Stress management technique?

    Hi everyone!

    I wonder if some of you could help me for managing my stress. Since I was young I always rely on porn for managing it, but now that I have stopped it, I'm a little nervous about it...

    The other problem is my medical condition, I have Crohn disease. It's a bitch feeding on my stress to hurt me!!!! Soo yaaa, I just want to have some tips. :)

    Have you tried Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction? There are some great free online resources out there. How about reading, or playing/listening to music? There are some really great chillout playlists on the streaming platforms. I am always amazed at how music can change my mood.
    I take it the Crohns is flared by stress? And you get stressed about how to manage your stress if you can't use your usual techniques? Got to try different stuff out I reckon.

    If you live near a forest, go for a walk in that forest. I live near a forest and a river and I can go there any time I want. There are a lot of good places to stop and meditate. Listening to the water rushing by and the hearing the birds chirp is therapeutic, in a sense. It makes me appreciate the small things in life.
