stressed...feel like relapsing but I wont

    I just got demoted at work today. I will no longer be able to make enough money to pay rent and it is a blow to my self-esteem. Questioning myself and the things that I did wrong. Part of me wants to relapse to ease the stress but I won't.....

    Don't worry I won't relapse. This just makes me more aggressive and I will actually find a job that I want to do instead.
